Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your any items you purchase from us. If you are unhappy for any reason, we are happy to accept a return and refund or exchange any full priced item within 14 days of your order being received.

Once you hear back from us follow these instructions using the form supplied:

• Please note that we do NOT offer refunds on any SALE items for any reason unless they are faulty so please choose carefully
• All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received by us. If they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method in which you made the purchase
• All item(s) must be returned: unworn, unwashed and free of marks with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging for a refund to be eligible. If the product is not received in this state then it may cost you a little bit to tidy this up
