Techy Thursdays - The Leftys Loop knot

Seeing as we've been out doing a wee bit of saltwater stuff this morning it probably makes sense to run a Techy Thursday on a basic leader to fly knot. Some people will already use it a lot but we can't assume everyone knows everything and upon reviewing this I've realised I've actually been doing slightly wrong, live and learn!
