Techy Thursdays - Oh baby it's cold outside
-6c... Didn't expect that. Here's a couple of quick tips to help you fish effectively when it's less than tropical.
1: wear good gloves. Can't fish if the finingers won't function. I'm a fan of the new Simms Skeena gloves... Check them out.
2: to remove the ice from your guides simply dip your rod in the river each cast or two.
3: layer up effectively and wear quality breathable waders to whick moisture away. Hard to beat Goretex for long term performance.
You can't catch fish in your living room so get out there!
