Team Tuesday - Hatch pro staffer Bobby Foster

A born explorer, Bobby loves to fish, travel, and experience the outdoors. Native to the Northwest, Bobby grew up in western Washington, went to school in Montana and has spent summers in Sun Valley, Idaho for as far back as he can remember. Around the same age he was learning to ride a bike he was introduced to fly fishing on Idaho’s Silver Creek. Now as a guide for Terry Ring’s Silver Creek Outfitters, Bobby spends the summer sharing his knowledge of “the creek” and the surrounding waters of central Idaho that he grew up fishing.

A FFF certified casting instructor, Bobby is also a passionate teacher and is committed to growing the sport of fly fishing. Bobby is excited to engage outdoor enthusiasts, promote conservation and inspire anglers through his films and photography.
